Under the leadership of Chef Kelvin san, our kitchen is managed and assisted by itamae Rocky san in the sushi section and chef Man teppan yaki. Together we provide a top sushi experience with fresh products, traditional or with a modern twist. Fine dining with “Live cooking” eat directly according to the teppan chefs Aman san & Poo san, then you always eat the best and tastiest. Our ministry is led by Cass and assisted by Lady Q.

Japanese cuisine is so much more than just good food. Fresh and healthy ingredients, the way dishes are carefully prepared, a feast for both the eye and the tongue, all this leads to an optimal taste experience.
